This integrated experience combines gentle movement based in Yoga & Qigong with guided meditation. An excellent way to reset the nervous system, relax and rejuvenate. Sessions are enhanced with aromatherapy, sound healing and reiki. Participants receive a free crystal gemstone gift for continued healing and balancing.
